This blog has thoughts I want to capture about my sister in law, Rosemarie. Perhaps some readers will provide useful reactions about my musings. Rosemarie is 52, deaf, takes seizures, and has cerebral palsy. She now lives with my wife and I. Up to now she lived with her mother.
